Raffle for Med-Surg Symposium registration for October chapter meeting attendees

All chapter members who are registered for the October chapter meeting by September 27th will be entered into a raffle for FREE registration for the Med-Surg Symposium to be held at the Hyatt House on the South Side October 16th. Our chapter is a co-sponsor of this exciting event with RTConnections. The Med-Surg Symposium offers 6 CEU and lots of information relevant to med-surg nursing practice.

Please note that we will draw the winner of the free registration on September 28th and contact the winner to ensure this person's ability to attend the symposium on October 16th. We ask that the winner respond that she/he is able to attend the Symposium within 48 hours of notification. If we do not hear back from the winner, we will draw another name of the registered attendees and notify that person.
